Admission Procedure & Information :

Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (Haryana), conduct entrance test for 50% Govt. Quota seats. Application form for entrance test is available at University sales counter and college office. Date of entrance test and Counselling as per schedule given by University and Director Medical Education and Research Chandigrah.

Admission Start from 1st June of every year and cut off date for addmission all over India is 15th October of every year.

Note : Date May be change on the Direction of CCH Notification.

Note : Addmission closes on full filling of seats.

Eligibility Conditions:

Passed secondary Examination (12th Class) with Passing of the board of school education, Haryana or any equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology. A candidate should attain the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

Intake & Allocation of Seats:

Candidate will be selected on the basis of merit through the state Admission Committee i.e. State Agency (Pt. B.D. S. University of Health Sciences, Rohtak) First preference will be given to the candidate who have qualified the common Entrance Test (CET/NEET) conducted by State Agency i.e. Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (Haryana). Thereafter, the vacant or left out seats after previous counseling if any, shall be filled up on the basis of merit/marks obtained in 10+2 examination conducted by the board of school Education, Haryana or any other recognized Board. N.B.:- All admission will be treated as provisional, subjected to approval of the Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. Under no circumstance, the college authority will take any responsibility of permission of for the sanction of provisional admission refused by thePt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

Documents (Original) Needed for Admission:

    • Age proof (Certificate of birth/10th Class Certificate)
    • Marks sheet (10th & 10+2) and higher Qualification (if any).
    • Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution, last attended.
    • Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC Candidates).
    • Migration certificate (T.C.) from the University or College last attended
    • In case of having a breach of study, an affidavit must be submitted by the candidate that during the gap period he/she was not involved – in any political activity, Criminal activity and no Criminal case is pending against him/her in any court of law.
    • Six passport sized colour photographs.
    • Two self-addressed and stamped (Rs5/-) envelopes.
